What’s New?
Organizations can now define when mandatory contributions are deducted during the payroll cycle. This enhancement accommodates different payroll structures and helps businesses align deductions with their preferred payroll schedules.
Supported Mandatory Contributions
The new settings support the following government-mandated contributions:
- SSS (Social Security System)
- PhilHealth
- HDMF / Pag-IBIG Fund
Flexible Deduction Options
To better support various payroll practices, companies can now choose from the following deduction schedules:
First Cut-Off
Deduct the entire contribution during the first payroll period of the month.
Second Cut-Off
Apply the deduction during the second payroll period.
Every Cut-Off
Distribute the contribution deduction across all payroll cut-offs for a more balanced impact on employee net pay.
